After many years of working for other companies, our owner, Scott Hook, decided to start his own company based on his great experiences. Mr. Hook has learned much information about managing telemarketing centers, as well as hosting call centers.

After growing up in Illinois and living in different areas of the US, I came to Florida many years ago. My past positions taught me the basics and more to help me launch my own business.
